La participación en el Concurso supone la cesión y autorización expresa de todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual y de imagen sobre las participaciones, de forma que el participante cede a la empresa Decortina los derechos de explotación de naturaleza intelectual, industrial y/o de imagen que pudieran corresponderle o derivar de las participaciones enviadas para participar en el Concurso.

La actividad se desarrollará en zona geográfica de España
La fecha de comienzo del concurso varia en función del concurso y su oferta
5.-Requisitos para participar
Podrán participar en la Promoción:
– Todas las personas físicas mayores de 18 años con residencia en España que sean fans de la página oficial de Facebook Decortina Home y que cuenten con un perfil de usuario real en Facebook.
No podrán participar:
Empleados de la empresa ni perfiles fraudulentos.
6.- Selección del ganador/ ganadores, suplentes, comunicación y entrega
El ganador será seleccionado mediante un programa informático que aleatoriamente seleccionará un nombre.
No habrá premios secundarios ni personas suplentes con opción al premio
El ganador tiene 15 días para recoger el premio
En ningún caso se enviará el premio por correo postal ni empresas de transporte. La persona ganadora deberá recoger personalmente su premio en cualquiera de los centros Decortina Oficiales.

El premio puede variar segun el sorteo
